We offer FREE SHIPPING for all US orders. We will be adding international shipping options soon.
Returns & Refunds
Grinders & Vaporizers may be returned, unopened, within 30 days for a full refund, minus a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is on us, ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not accept returns on used products. Please inspect all purchases closely. If we choose to authorize a return on glass, the purchaser is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 781-891-6969 or email email@example.com within 24 hours to notify us. Once notified, you will be requested to send the broken piece back to us. We will refund you the shipping cost and send you a replacement, if one is available, once we receive the broken item.
If you want to Change, Return or Cancel your order there will be a 30% restocking fee added. If you want to return your order you are responsible for paying shipping both ways.
The 30% restocking fee can be waived for the following reasons:
-Product is not what was advertised
-Received the incorrect product
